The facility is equipped with 1750 MT capacity of Water Hydraulic Hot Extrusion Press. The Hot Extrusion Press is the core strength of the Company enabling to produce Seamless Pipes with closer dimensional tolerances, Special Chemistry and good surface finish. The Hot Extruded Mother Hollows are used for manufacturing Cold Finished Seamless Pipes using modern Draw Benches / Cold Pilger Mills and heat treated in Off-Line Annealing furnaces.

Induction bending uses the principal of Induction to locally heat a pipe. This results in a narrow heat band on the pipe. The heated material is shaped into a bend in a narrow zone as the pipe is pushed by a precise drive system in a heavy frame. The bend part is then cooled by water/air to make the bend shape. The bending process is continuous and automated.
